Every Dev out there needs to take notes. This is how you do DLC. Sucker Punch

I'm enjoying the DLC, but...is it me or does the game look less impressive from a grapical standpoint? Maybe I'm just too used to adjusting the TOD to sunset and hero. But playing in the rain, everything looks very oversaturated and some of the textures look kinda meh.

Still fun though. This character has more personality than delsin.

I did think it did look less graphically impressive than Infamous myself. I presume they are using the same graphics engine the original, or perhaps it's different to some way, not sure.

On a side note, did anyone get a error when trying to download the extra costume for Fetch? The download failed, now it doesn't appear anymore.

Ok, so it's not just me with the graphics. I know digital foundry said the frames are slightly higher with this DLC, I wonder if they scaled back some to get a few extra frames.

As for the costume. I have the same issue. Doesn't appear for me either, I can't download it.

You mean the different power sets? You only get to use her set of powers, the neon. You can't use rock or smoke, etc.

Read this in the reviews. You only get to use her specific neon powers.

Her neon power set is a bit different from Deslin's.

Speaking of Deslin. If you have a save from Second Son, you can play as him in the Battle Arena.

Without a doubt First Light is the best DLC I have ever seen. It puts everything else to shame. The framerate is silky smooth, even with loads of destruction happening. Enjoyable powers, which add more enjoyment to the game. One complaint I had with Infamous was the limited time in which you had to use your ultra super power. Now it stays available all the times, making it very useful when you find yourself overwhelmed.

I haven't finished it yet, been completing all the side objectives. Up to the mission where you have to rush from container to container with a strict time limit. Abigail's powers are great fun to use. Dashing from building to building, feels great.

Yeah Fetch's free running feels so much better than Deslin's.

Finally got 100% in single player. Some of those lumens were a pain in the ass to grab too. Now all I need to do it work on the challenges in the battle arenas .

Ok, so if I choose to be a hero at the end of the prologue, the powers that require bad karma wont be acceptable throughout the entire game and thus it's useless to acquire bad karma?

Have I really wasted about 20% of gameplay?

The way I remember it was that you had two different type of powers to unlock. The more evil you become gives you the access to unlock those type of darker powers.

Started from the beginning and did it right this time around. Just managed to get the Neon power, but I definitely prefer my smoke ;)

Loving this game so far! Thanks eclap
