Well, you can keep buying all the Utility skills with Skill Points that you earn through fighting special NPC mini-bosses or by Leveling Up. It's unlikely you would be anywhere close to having all of them purchased by Lvl 33. Check the Tabs on the left side of your Hero (H) panel and see how many are left to purchase.

yeah i understand what you are saying. But again, wish for an example, at level 40; i can get a new skill which is lets say lightning rain skill. from sky u drop lightning to specific area.

just an example. u replace your weaker skills etc with it.

Yea i know what you mean, i wish you could change spells. I get bored of them very quick, it would be great if you could mix them up, like you do with secondary spells

There is a Utility skill that lets you call a Storm to your target area and it changes based on your Attunement, so it's actually 4 different spells.... it's one of my favorites actually, but I don't play on my Elementalist very often so I can't remember the name of it.
