Buy a spray bottle, fill it with water.
Every time you need to tidy up your hair, just spray and comb them.

I use V05 Xtreme Style fiber putty in my hair, seems to work pretty good as its naturally quite heavy

    Same.

Although hot weather sometimes tempts me to shave it all off.

I get rid of most of the beard in summer, just keep my manically long goatee.

I try not to sleep with any gel, wax etc in my hair, but ... when I do it comes out even better.

I had long hair when I was younger, now I just prefer shaving it all off

I just leave mine short and pet it in the right direction in the morning. If I let it get long, my hair is curly so it's just a mess.

You're lucky you've even got hair. I've already lost half of the hair on my scalp and I'm not even 35 yet *sigh*
