Slow WiFi but Works fine on LTE (Glide)

Hello everyone, it's been long time since I have come here. I encountered a strange problem that I need y'all help.

The WiFi router is located on my desk and I am right here sitting next to my desk. When someone send me a video on Glide, I click on it and it says, "You have a slow connection." It shows from everyone on my friend list in Glide.

That's strange because the WiFi router is right there. I tried the speedtest app on my phone, it shows 115mbps down and 12mbps up. That's plenty of speed.

I decided to turn off WiFi and use LTE instead. It worked perfectly. Any idea what's causing this?

Telling us the phone and OS version would be helpful for starters.

 

Google Pixel with Android version: 7.1.1

 

If your speedtest is fine, the problem would seem to be the glide app?

 

Yeah I was thinking that the communication between Glide and WiFi might be poor. I suspect it might be the app itself. Other apps and internet on my phone are all smooth when using WiFi.
