The report was frivolous because the reporter disagreed with me. The only people I insulted were people who endorse vandalism, and they deserve it. (Also, reporting mods for no reason is generally a bad idea.) -------------- This is OT though and that IS my fault. Back to arguing about parking in public places.
Not read the entire thread but technically every car parked on the road is causing an obstruction. However, it's only ever dealt with if the obstruction causes a real problem. The chap parking there is not going to be dealt with by any public body. The 'space' outside the OPs address doesn't belong to him so can be used by anyone. What worries me is the fact the keepers run off when confronted. If they're aren't doing it to piss off the OP then there could be an issue with the vehicle. So I recommend making a report to local officers so that tgey can confirm the vehicle is legal to be on the road. After that there's little else the OP can do.
Op,don't you have something to repair, some back alley, garden or otherwise..??? if so,there you have the perfect solution. http://9gag.com/gag/aVWY4Yd
From that pic the bread thing looks like the winning tactic, open your window and feed gods little flying rodents, if you were really evil soak the bread in laxative. lol
Call the cops, tell that car was seen picking up hookers and offering weed, and later the driver was seen offering candies to toddlers. More, put a bet with a crazy friend that he/she is unable to tow the car and abandon it somewhere else,as a practical joke to another friend.
^^How about dress up in short skirt, high heels, sexy top, fishnet stockings, plenty of makeup, then go and sit on the car until he returns, then hang into the window asking him if he is looking for any business. Of course the only problem with this is that he might just be. lol
Those two are extremely fortunate to have an understanding neighbour like yourself, Extraordinary. In my town, parking spaces are jealously guarded, and anyone who even contemplates parking in anyone else's space, whether or not that person has a car, must have a really serious death wish.
