That point about the quality of the cables with 4K screens is actually true since HDMI cables can not handle 4K at a decent Hz. I found out that only my displayport connection was able to maintain 60Hz on 4K (Samsung UD590)

I managed to download from firedrive anyway.
They also blocked mega.co.
So, if it's only for me just don't care

Unfortunately it doesn't work properly on my laptop which supports only fixed mode.
I mean... Yeah, it switches from Intel to AMD as if I had a dymanic mode on, but performance suxx a lot.
Even when I have 90 fps, it feels like I have 20-30 fps - everything is choppy as hell. In addition, I have some kind of an input lag, my mouse sensitivity feels reduced.
Even when I scroll web pages in Firefox, my screen "tears".
Bloody HP laptops with bloody AMD graphics. It's my last laptop with AMD card.

 

you should stay with 14.4 whql

 

Any Catalyst version, starting from 13.2, causes BSOD 0x1000007e, including 14.4 also :-(
Again: I hate AMD laptop graphics, and I hate HP which promised me to release a new graphics driver, but then simply began to ignore my requests.

Yes, it's true.

From 13.1 (or for someone like me 13.3) they will cause BSOD on Fixed mode.
The only solution is to change to Dynamic mode or to go back to previous drivers.
Now I know for sure that AMD with Microsoft have released an official 13.12 driver which is included in the Windows 8.1 Automatic Update on 23/7/2014 for the 6700M series, maybe they work maybe don't.
