Does gtx 680 will fit in my system?

    PSU is fine, 550w is recommended.
    CPU bottleneck... at 3.1ghz turbo. nah, on games that make use of GPU mostly you won't. BF3 for example doesn't care much what your CPU is clocked at.

    Of course that's single player, in 64 player multiplayer it will should help to get those clocks rolling. Not by much though I believe, I played the game at 3.6ghz and 4ghz and don't honestly feel much of a difference.

    Being held back in games like SC2/Shogun is just inevitable though. Still, it'll greatly improve performance for GPU intensive games.

    Your system will take that 680 just fine :)
