Is it seated in the slot properly?
Are the power cables connected correctly both ends?
Is the monitor plugged in correctly?
Is the source set correctly on the monitor (dvi/hdmi/displayport etc)?
Is the bios set to pci-e for graphics?

If you can, try both HDMI and DVI ports. Also , try clearing your motherboard's CMOS and see if that helps

    Possible Solution

Have you found a solution to your problem yet? If not I had the same problem until I updated my motherboards bios. I have a MSI Z68A-GD65(G3). Once I updated my bios the card worked fine.
