Since pi is a irrational, non-repeating mathematical constant. At some point every combination of numbers will be next to each other, these combinations could then be converted to ASCII to form words. So, would it be possible to store words or large amounts of data by specifying how many digits pi should be averaged to and the chain length then converting all those numbers into ASCII?

For example storing the word "Guru" as pi averaged to 2x10^10 digits with chain length 30.

Its probably possible, but it doesnt sound efficient.

What problem are you trying to solve?
