Where did you get that beautiful black skinned Afterburner program that you used in this review?
I'm stuck with the plain, very old, Legacy Green 3.0.0 Beta 10 version.

Thanks for this reviews,i think there is an error,on the Battlefield 3 test,it's the Bioshock Infinite graph.

Little typo in that overclocking part too :p

    Original boost clock says 9006Mhz.

Hilbert would you say this card is quieter than reference, i know its the same 40dBA, but i always find that reference cards have more of a hair dryer sound when spinning up.

The problem of a DBa measurement is that it doesn't say anything about pitch, tones, frequency etc. It is a sound pressure measurement. Overall I'd say it's slightly better then reference yes. What you hear is the actual airflow. Then again, the cooler on the 770/780/titan, honestly ... it's pretty good in terms of low noise as well.

But hey, slightly better in noise levels yet much better cooling performance. That combo is a win over reference in my book.

This is a great card and even though it costs more than GTX680 and AMD 7970 it also smokes both of them pretty good and it's still well under a $1000. Plus with this card you still are on an excellent upgrade path. You could run this card for a year or two and then buy a second one for quite a bit less money. At that point the two cards in SLI should be able to outperform a new high end single GPU card even two or three years from now. A pair of these cards should be able to run pretty much any game at the highest settings for quite awhile.

I'm hoping Newegg or Amazon start getting these or the EVGA ACX 780 in stock soon.
