um does it still take out the second video card if you only use the primary gpu to fold

 

i saw this error in that log and did a bit of digging in my own logs
Client-core communications error: ERROR 0xfffffff6
[20:12:36] This is a sign of more serious problems, shutting down

it happend because my second gpu was overheating when i was running two hd2600xt's even cranking up the fan to 100% only helped to deafen me (**** case with lousy fan placements)

 

may ur problem be caused by the PSU? F@H causes a loot of wattage consume..

 

Perhaps the guy just wanted to share his experience. Is that such a crime?

Lol guys, please this issue got resolved a long time ago but that doesn't mean we should start a flame war or drive this topic of course. Maybe we should just close this thread before it get out of hand.

 

try dissabling PhysX ??
