just seen this and had to comment.
this is the same as my friends!
his father brought it stright from a factory.
if i remember corectly he said that the lable dont do any harm.
after evry number of pieces (like 1000 or 10000, i dont know), they check the machines and robots , after they made sure avrything is in order they start to manufacture another group of cpus, they take the 10th cpu and lable it, then they test it, and after the tray is filled with all the tested cpus, they put the tray with all the others.
there should be a video over the web.
