I hear different answers from everyone. For me I always say 6hours is safe. Less than that, and I won't do crap effectively. What about you?
It depends. When I am at work I will get up at 5am but wont actually go to bed until midnight (and sleep sometime after that). Not sure why but I just find it hard to sleep. If I am on night shift I will get to bed around 8am and up by 1pm. When I am off work I can sleep for over 10 hours as I think I must be catching up for my lack of sleep when at work.
ive been a whole semester sleeping 6hours (10 on weekends). and doing vlong runs of work (7-8h)+graduate studies (3-4h). It's very tiring and at the end one day on week i had to sleep 8hours ._. But maybe im doing too much work so that affects too.
8 hours of sleep and a little giggity to start the day kicking ass. Less than 6 hours and i canĀ“t finish my day properly neither do a good-night giggity.
4-7 hours. everyday is different. doesnt effect my performance. now I have a cold and for 8 days straight, I only been getting 3 hours of sleep. when I was younger and going to school. I would only sleep an hour and still be going strong.
Even a few hours of sleep is better than no sleep at all if someone is that busy. I need at least six hours to make it through a day without getting tired, though.
for 1 night i dont need any and i will be 90% the next day but over time i like about 8 hours to keep up this amount of win
Minimum 4 hours at night to function normally after waking up. 6 hours is the optimum. I get very sleepy around 4 pm, so one more hour of sleep until 5 pm During holidays I like to stay up until 2 or 3 am, and sleep until 9 am. It's my gaming time. Wife won't disturb lol.
