folding on second gpu only

How would you get folding to run on the second gpu only.

 

Just run the 2nd client not the first one.

 

Okay well when having two gpus do they need to be the same for folding because i put in a 3850 but when i start folding with it set to my second gpu it says about it not being supported or needing a driver. I have or at least vista says the drivers installed and iv used it with folding before so why would it do that?
