So, with new cpu, motherboard, windows and driver, ROTTR DX12 benchmark still stutters for me, and circling around the presets does not fix it completely. These dx12 boost drivers are not really suitable for my gpu I think. Oh well, I'm just gonna use 16.4.1 dlls for it. Firestrike score:

Yes, there is severe stuttering in Tomb Raider DX12 since Crimson 16.4.2.

Did a clean install of windows and installed 16.5.1, but it causes loss of fps after 5 minutes in BF4 and it keeps on dropping until it reaches low 20's. Went back to 16.3.2 and all problems gone.

I noticed CCC now allows 12 bit/channel in 1080p60 full RGB display mode. It was limited to 10 bit (and 12 bit was only available with 1080p24 and/or YCC 4:2:2, I guess because it's close to the standard limit of HDMI 1.x). My 7 years old Pioneer LX5090H has no problem with accepting it. Although, I am currently unable to benefit from this.

Yeah, That means HDR is comming to All GCN GPU's ! :)

    Another words:

    8Bit is 24bit colour
    10bit is 32bit colour
    12bit is 48bit colour
or 32/48/64bit colour (its old CRT naming sheme)

Yep also on 16.3.2. Anything past that I lose 300 points in 3DMark and an avg framerate loss of 20fps. AMD drivers are a nightmare.

So one weird crash thus far. I use MSI AB for monitoring and fan profiles. So I accidentally closed it and when I reopened it it caused my gpu to hard crash. I don't know if it was because I was watching an HTML5 based video too when it happened. But it doesn't seem to be that bad.

I'm Using only Sapphire TRIXX for OC + no monitor (what for? you'll have it in Crimsons Panel)
When i need to save screens from games im using RP, Reshade or RaptR

Yeah, but 16.5.1 (2) drivers are Non WHQL. In short that is just like Beta, and so you can't rely on these drivers. These drivers are as is, and on your own risk. You should know that before posting problems with these drivers.
16.3.2 are the latest WHQL drivers from AMD, so that's why they work just fine.

Any changes to atioglxx.dll? Only really interested in that as there's supposed to be a fix being pushed through eventually for certain problems with PCSX2's OGL hardware renderer.

(Still on Catalyst 13.12 myself just usually copy the atioglxx.dll manually and works a treat)

    Mine is currently 6.14.10.13431

    Cheers

Everyone knows WHQL is a total bs and for many WHQL releases amd's betas work better than WHQLed drivers from competition.

WHQL is just a certification by Microsoft. By not having this doesn't mean the driver is less stable than a WHQL one.

Well these drivers so far seem to be the best for me. Got my highest 3DMark score(13,221 Firestrike graphics score on single stock clocked 390X) and Ashes of the Singularity runs better than ever.
