[Bug probably] Problem voltage OCing

    It is a bug in your understanding. Peek into the context help for voltage display.

    Not a bug,, msi just decided to that for their msi cards

    Do not misinform them and don't comment if you don't know please!!!!!!! It is nothing about "msi just decided to do that for their msi cards", it is complete nonsense. It is specific to type of voltage regulator used on some cards, some regulators are adjusting voltages explicitly, others do it in offset form so you can only specify positive/negative voltage delta.

    You have to edit your specific VEN_1XXXXXXXXXX .cfg file in C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Profiles directory
    --------------------------------
    [Settings]
    VDDC_Generic_Detection = 1
    VDDC_uP6262_Detection = 0
    --------------------------------
    then your HAWK shows the voltage like mine.
