Maximus Vi Gene - Fans running at 60% min

Just installed a new motherboard and I'm having some crazy fan speeds because of the temperature reads. Am I able to fix this myself or is this calling for a RMA?

    NEW :
Replaced motherboard with the same type in the same system as the previous, never had this issue before. I can't tune them below 60% min speed. Thank you in advance for your help.

Ignore it. Not all programs can read sensors correctly.

As for fan, change it in the bios, you can set how you want fans to act. By default they ramp up to near fullspeed depending on CPU load

The weird part is that this motherboard is the same as my last one and I never had an issue with my sensors or fans before.

I've tried changing the speeds, but it won't let me set them below 60% min. I've tried in BIOS and the Fan Xpert 2. It seems locked at that level. Any more suggestions?

Anyone? I really would like my fans running at a reasonable speed if at all possible. ):
