I just can't seem to play any Youtube video in Firefox thats 720/60 ok, the grey loading bar fills up fine, but every few seconds or so, the picture will buffer (it'll freeze, and i'll get the spinning buffering circles in the middle), yet the audio will carry on playing fine, its just the sodding picture, wtf is up with the bloody thing ?, its really annoying me now, as i have to keep switching to 480!.

Ive even waited till the grey bars fully filled, but the bugger still buffers the picture every few seconds.

Have you tried to refresh/reload that YT tab after you opened it for 1st time?

Can't help you with that specific problem, but I've also got the feeling that yt vids don't run as fluently and easy as they used to do. Occasionally I get troubles with buffering now too.

Tried Chrome actions addon for FF? It has an option to buffer to the end and not stop like YT does.

Older versions of firefox were doing the same on my laptop with 1080/60 but the newer versions work fine at 1080/60 (im using the Developer edition/Aurora ver 41)

what happens if you open that video, wait 2-3 sec to buffer, now grab that slider and move it back to 0sec, 1 maybe 2 times.. Or you already tried that too?

Well this usually fixes it completely if I get such issue.:nerd:
Was mostly by older FF, now Im at FF39 x64 & html5 and didnt see it in a while.. Ok maybe 1-2 times, could have been yt issue too.

Clear your FF cache? Use CCleaner?

Still does it, same places, its well ******* me off now, i wouldn't care if they had 720 without 60 to fall back on, but they don't, so got to watch in crappy 480 :bang:

Will give it a go. :p
