Everybody gets confused when I say DVI... Ok, I have a CRT monitor, 17", lol, it's big, it's bulky, it's CRT . Now, my Ti4600 has DVI connectors with DVI-to-VGA connectors. Will that power the 3D glasses ? If they don't I hear they come with an adapter to do so, and even then if that doesn't work I can pipe it through a Voodoo 2 which I read is compatible. Oh, I purchased the glasses already , they'll be here tommorow (I couldn't wait any longer).
Well you have to connect the donggle to the CRT port So you should do this: DVI to VGA adaptor then the dongle. The GeForce cards do provide power. Your card doesn't have VGA connector?
Nope, it's got dual DVI connections and I have to use the included DVI-to-VGA connector to hook up my monitor. Now that that's out of the way, I'm getting excited thinking about those glasses, it's 10 am already though...how quick is overnight delivery (I ordered at 3 in the afternoon yesterday)?
I don't know about overnight delivery But 1 notice. Try to use stereo drivers that are of the same version as your dets.
I checked, I ordered at 4 actually, but they only ship orders up to 3 pm, then pushed to next day . Ah well, tommorow I'll have them . As for same det+stereo drivers, thx , gonna look if my drivers are in sync.
Well my 44.03 dets worked in stereo with the 43.03, but the 45.23 stereo don't work with the 45.33 dets with me. But that might just be me. (Mind you, they don't work in D3D, but work in OpenGL fine.)
Yep 52's don't work here either, but the previous ones 4x.xx or whatever they're called work perfect. Also, since 52.xx mainly for FX series cards it doesn't really seem to be that big a hurry for most that don't own one.
