I noticed ever since the new beta, BF3 wont start in Full screen mode, and Alt-enter or the windows key doesnt bring it to full screen. I have to shut Afterburner down to get it to work. Anyone have any ideas? Rig in sig and I use an Asus 5870. I dont overclock, I simply use MSI afterburner for monitoring ram useage and better fan control.
Maybe a bug in the new Afterburner beta? Revert back to Beta 8 (its not up til sunday) and see if it works, also try Beta 9 but disable OSD and see if that works. If you find that its a bug within the new Beta 9 then report it to the dev team. However, I have had no troubles with the new Beta 9 like you described.
Did you experimened with FXAA related profile seittings? There shouldn't be any other OSD server related differences between the versions
