I have recently found that, that because of MSI's tinkering with certain elements to directX when in use, this causes major problems for the d3d9.dll plugin used for many GTA4 graphics mods. :bang: As I mostly use OC genie, and catalyst control center for my overclocking purposes. I am very curious if there is a known fix to this issue, even if it means disabling overclocking within MSI afterburner.
