Just about two of any newer ssd's will easily beat that out for performance. Not much impressed with that, and SF to boot, no thanks.
I read it costs about 300 Dollar for the 240 GB version, which is a lot. You can get 500/260 Crucial M4 256GB for 150 Euros. Ofcourse not the same Speeds, but still you wont notice that as a gamer.
Not really. Look at the specs on data encryption and data reliability. AFAIK, your ordinary SSD wont have those features. I've only seen features liike that on enterprise SSDs. So I can see why the price is that high.
