Has anyone had any luck in getting these to display? I select a monitor to be shown on the OSD and it doesn't appear on my desktop. I've tweaked it through the RivaTuner system tray icon that shows, and I've adjusted the positioning of it on the screen map, but I can't get it to show anything.

what app are you trying to get OSD to display ?

Check "i" in AB for any 3d process active app that might be taking focus .

I'll explain more thoroughly, should have done that originally.

I enable it in MSI like so: puu.sh/aH3wc/9d47e08d5d.png

It doesn't display, but it shows a tray icon, which I've messed with a bit: puu.sh/aH3B2/ebf894ae31.jpg

Still, no luck in getting it to show. (Sorry, can't hyperlink due to post restriction.)

I still don't follow what app you want OSD to show info in ?
Looking at your pic try setting rendering mode to vector 3d for 3d app, like games .

It should be possible with Windows 7 without KB2670838, as Fraps can showing the FPS on DWM, but not with Windows 8+.

I tried on W7 and couldn't get anything to show on desktop , for me I need a app to be running, other than explorer .
I have that patch installed .

I will said that the first thing you should try is get Fraps showing the FPS on DWM first, if it can showing, then it should has some ways to showing MSI AB OSD on DWM too, like enable 64-bit OSD I guess.

Based on some video on YouTube, the patch updated the directX or whatever, and caused Fraps stop working on DWM.
