Should I disable the PEG Link when using RivaTuner? I can not find any definitive answer on if and how ASUS's PEG Link in its BIOS affects the use of RivaTuner. I am wondering if I should turn it off or if I can leave it on auto. Any thoughts on this are welcome.
PEG Link Mode should always be turned off. All it does is automatically overclock some cards, it usually causes way more problems than it's worth.
Thanks for the Reply. I am going to definitely start keeping it off. I usually just passed that option over since it was always turned on Auto for the default settings. I recently started to think on it while using the RivaTuner and wondering if it would hinder my outcome of what I was doing with the RivaTuner. Turning it off does make a lot more since because of what it does. Thanks again for the reply.
