Nothing special. I eat anything available. Peanuts is the most often one. Next is fruits. Coffee is a must.
As far as I understand it, natural fats and sugars are much healthier for you when compared to artificial sweeteners etc. Anyone wanting to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle should cut down in general. I love regular Coca Cola, but I limit myself to one 1.5lt bottle a week and stick to water and the occasional fresh juice the rest of the time. Works well enough for me tbh. Switching from drinking excessive amounts of one soda to another is madness.
Can't tell if trolling... *I get you were mentioning the fructose vs. glucose thing, but drinking a bunch of sprite is going to have the same effect as drinking a bunch of coke regardless of fructose vs. glucose.
Probably talking about artificial sweetener called "aspartame", which is the reason we stopped drinking diet coke too http://articles.mercola.com/sites/a...e-most-dangerous-substance-added-to-food.aspx
Yeah but you'll get diabetes either way So soda altogether is not a healthy drink choice. Doesn't matter what kind.
Yea I know, I don't drink much of it to start with, but decided normal although full of sugar, was a better option than diet for when I do have a can
I have hypoglycemia, and sometimes it can get really bad. so I always have something with me. I eat McDonalds and my sugar drops in a hour...:bang:
snack while on the computer... almonds, pumpink seeds, fruits such as plums, grapes, oranges once in a while some fresh pita bread not large quantities tough
