    - USE MX-4 PASTE
    - Thermal paste was print perfectly on the top of the IHS, then no issue about missed-place with the waterblock

i've tried everything, start from small rice drop, vertical pattern, put thin layer over the entire IHS and in the picture the last one i'll try and shoot. but the result is similiar

    Dang that's toasty!

Surely the correct answer is that your unit is faulty - but it'd be keen to experiment or play with it.

Is the pump operating normally, as far as you can tell?
Do the lines and the rads heat up to reflect that 95C?
Is the "juice" designed to be flushed or maintained in any fashion? I'm unsure if the unit it fully sealed or if you can change the fluid on your own.

@^ = pump ? well it's light on and little vibrate, i think its works
If 1 coolant line is warm or "little hot"....and the rest is "cold" then the pump is toast.

I honestly doubt the pump is working properly.

Mate you should RMA the kit, perhaps get yourself a nice Corsair or Cooler Master AIO solution.

If you bought it outside of the US, Zalman USA has no obligation to honor the warranty....unfortunately. I'm not defending them, contrary to how that may sound. Personally, I think very little of Zalman these days and refuse to buy their products. Refusing to honor a warranty, regardless of what country the product was purchased in, (to me) is just piss poor customer service.

Zalman Reserator 3 Max Dual was shown off at CES2014 and is listed on their Global website though not currently available through any US retailers/etailers.

I just ordered a Coolermaster Glacer 240L, simply because it's expandable and if the pump fails, I can replace it.

Unfortunately, that's right. Since you bought it outside of the US, you're pretty well screwed... Only chance you have of an RMA is contacting Zalman Korea....if you can even get a response from them.

Would love to see companies that sell globally, support their own warranties globally....

I searched for a review prior to my first post in this thread and so far have found nothing. Supposedly it won an award at CES2014 though....
