    hi guys, it me xod!

My motherboard is an Asus Z170-A paired to a I7 6700.

i dont plan to overclock using the Blck Method, Id like to know if there is a way to keep all cores locked to the turbo boost freq of 4ghz.

Using Stock Cooler (yeah i know =( ).

Ps: I know i should have gotten a K version but in my country at the time of purchase it was the only i7 6700 in the city.

    Thank you all in advance!

Not sure about Skylake, but can't you set min and max multi in the bios? That's how I fixed my CPU (Haswell-E though) to make my RAM OC stable.

For me I have found it to mess with the voltages of the CPU too much, upped the cores to 4.7GHz immediatly, 1.4v under air. Double check what is set by it.

    Any inputs on getting 40x turbo on each core? specs: Z270 & 16GB DDR4 @ 3.2Ghz.
