wich nvidia card is actually the best for gaming and 3d creation (procedural generation) and compilation of video made in 3d ?
Nvidia GTX Titan or Titan Z. Please take note, because they are pretty expensive (a Titan costs 1000$ and a GTX Titan Z costs 3000$) Then maybe you could better get a 780Ti for 750$.
Yup, if you wanted an workstation capable card with gamin performance, the Titan line has the cards you're looking for. The Titan Black is the new single GPU edition, with the Titan Z being the dual GPU version. I wouldn't necessarily recommend either for purely gaming reasons alone, as you can get better gaming performance from a 780ti. However, the Titans have dual-precision compute functionality. So if you need and can utilize the raw compute power they provide, then they may be just what you are looking for. But at that $3000 dollar price tag, I expect the market will be VERY niche. Personally, I would still love to have a quad-sli Titan Z system under water cooling... of course I never will, but hey, I would love to see the benches.
I would agree with the above advise. I would get a GTX780ti unless the programs you are using actually use the GPU to render things. Then maybe the Titan would be better. Chris
Not for what he is wanting he may actually need GPGPU performance which is sadly crippled by Nvidia on GK104.
+1 even a "normal" Titan has more than double the cuda cores that a 760 has. If he is doing 3d creation, then those cuda cores may be a much bigger help than we may even realize. Just sucks that the Titan's are so damn expensive. edit: maybe try finding a used Titan, might save you a couple/few hundred bucks.
What I wouldn't give to get the almighty Titan Black..you would probably need to buy at least a 1440p monitor to make it justice though.
Titan Z is not worth the cost over the Titan Black... he could get two Blacks for better performance with money left over. The Titan line is only needed if you're into production... and making money at it, if not the 780 ti is the better value.
Quad sli with Titan Z, if Money is of no concern to you. A single 2nd hand "normal" titan, if you want it to be relatively cheap.
