    The thing with Revelations is that the lightning and colors are a bit exaggerated, probably because the game was made for mobiles. The colors and lightning change completely depending on the environment you are in. So I opted to focus on color balance to avoid making some areas incredibly bright and or incredibly dark.

    I don't own RE4 so I don't know if it has that same problem. If it doesn't then I think gamma is a good thing to try as well.

    Never mind about SweetFX it was the post processing in the game menu.
    you have 3 levels to select 0 being off then 1 to 3,apparently this option adds no true visual effects they only change color presets,
    3 mimics HDR and bloom apparently giving me the excessive yellow orange tint in game.Selecting option 2 fixed the problem and now the game looks like i wanted it too.

    I'm wondering the same. I actually get an error when I launch the game. It will continue crashing even if I delete the SweetFX files. I have to delete all the files in my client folder and do a repair before the game will even launch. Adding SweetFX in makes it crash all over again.

    At the moment I'm attempting to use K-Putt's merger of Boulotaur's Injector and CeeJay's 1.5.1 shaders. 32bit DLLs (that's correct for ESO, right?)

    has anyone managed to get age of wushu running with SweetFX? even with a split install with the configurator (with SFX versions 1.3 and 1.5.1) i can't get it to run. it either spits out a gibberish (assumedly chinese but the modal isn't unicode so i can't see it) error before even fully starting up or it does nothing.

    I tried Radeon Pro and I couldn't get it working for some reason. I had Sweet FX working with win 7 :( Is there a guide for RadeonPro and sweet fx somewhere? There wasn't an option that I could see for SMAA in RadeonPro when I tried using it :(

    Maybe I am using an old set of shaders? I found the SMAA option but the game will not start. Even with UAC active.

    I have a question about the current SMAA used on SweetFX 1.5.1

    Any one can confirm that the SMAA is currently using the release 2.8 from Iroku's website?

    Ty folks :)

    The author of the SweetFX_settings.txt you downloaded changed the key setting. Open SweetFX_settings.txt and scroll to the bottom and look for the Key Settings entry then change

    // key_toggle_sweetfx = whatever number is there

    to

    // key_toggle_sweetfx = 145

    Will there ever be a fully compatible version of SweetFX that is able to use SMAA & FXAA on Windows 8.1 x64?
    I know SweetFX 1.4 and radeon pro works in some games for windows 8.1 x64, but there is still no working version that can do SMAA or FXAA for BF4. :(

    As much as I really really want to put my sarcasm cap on for this reply, I'll refrain for now. CeeJay is still working on porting SMAA & FXAA to the eFX injector, which is not 100% stable at the moment so either way you're gonna need to wait for full compatibility.

    Hi, i am having trouble to get it work with Steam version of Final Fantasy XIV
    It works with vanilla version

    Steam overlay might be the reason? But 1.5 version does not have "weird steam hack" anymore and FFXIV needs 1.5 otherwise it crashes

    Thanks if anyone figures what i need to do :)

    Have you checked if the game have a BIN folder?
    Some games requires you to put the d3d9.dll and injector.ini on that.

    All the SweetFX releases that uses the InjectSMAA injector (that is all 1.x releases) is based of SMAA 2.6 because that is the one that InjectSMAA was written for and because the textures it uses are hardcoded I cannot change that to 2.8. I did however optimize SMAA 2.6 in SweetFX 1.5 to run faster.

    The EFX builds are based on the latest source of SMAA - that's a little newer than 2.8.

    What is the difference between 2.6 and 2.8 you might ask?
    Not much - 2.8 has support for a few features that I couldn't use anyways and a few very minor quality improvements. I'm compared the quality of the two, and I can't tell the difference.
