Assassin's Creed 2016 Trailer

Might actually be one of the better video game to movie adaptations..

 

Looks pretty good, just like the game trailers We all know what happens after that. Joking aside, it looks pretty decent indeed.

 

I don't think even Fassbender can make this any good. That had the look of something very thin on plot and very heavy on stylized action sequences. Not really my thing.

Movies based on video games are terrible. That's the rule and there are few (if any) exceptions. Video Games based on movies aren't much better. It's like some riddle the entertainment industry can't seem to crack.

On a serious note, i love the cast of this Assassin's Creed movie, i'll give it a shot for sure.

 

I like the location and time frame, since it wasn't in any AC game yet. But yeah, I too fear it will be more action oriented, even though there is a huge story potential.

 

I dont know. Sure it's a trailer but something feels off. I fear it will be too ridiculous and that the script will be thinner than air.

they seem to be going for a wider audience here... probably not what fans of the first 2 games want

 

It kind of looks like the games tbh. When it is in the past. And the song in the trailer is just bs.

 

why do people hate so hard? :\ I think it will be a nice action movie.. i mean, story will probably suck but effects and action will rock it
