CD Projekt released some new Witcher 3 screenshots at Gamescom 2013. The game is planned for a 2014 release on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Check them out after the break.... The Witcher 3 Screenshots
Like it when games are getting better with each release and this seems to be another step forward. Can't wait!
i'm seriously considering getting it for my future ps4, i don't think my current gtx480 will have enough power for this (i mean play it close to max settings). And seeing how i don't have any reasons to upgrade my gpu cause of the next gen games on the ps4, a ps4 version is most likely to be my choice. Also the game looks focking stunning. CDProjekt will close this chapter with style.
@warlord - exactly my thoutgh! And it's a Polish studio/engine/game/story - finally something to be proud of! I can strongly recomment readingn the books too! The stroy is way better than LOTR. Personally one of the best series ever read.

It is an amazing looking game and I'm sure it will look just like that in actual gameplay... wich reminds me that I will need a new pair of GPUs (hopefully next gen nvidia/amd will be out by then), with tons of vram and a lot more horsepower since I want to enjoy this masterpiece at 2560x1440. :nerd: Also I hope they will release info on preordering the CE soon, I will soooooooo get that! :giggle2:
Cannot wait for this game. First two were some of my favorite RPG's. And if they improve over the second like they did the first....this will be a truly amazing game.
lol, you are not a pure gamer so why the complaints.? A gamer needs and wants as many quests and adventures as possible, not a narrowed experience  for example tes skyrim it has unlimited quests and with mods you can get even more new adventures, a game which you can end it fast, it's not a game at all
I'm pretty sure REDengine 3 is 100% dx11, 64 bit etc. since the game is not even coming out on current gen consoles due to the lack of horsepower.
I'm still trying to finish witches 2. Been more than 2 years. More like a chore to me now. Witcher 3 looks amazing though. How much of the witcher 2 is left after chapter 3?
Seems it is going even more open world RPG, so there should be tons of these useless quest and no lead for the main quest. RPG is all about exploration and discovery, there should not be a single hold your hand and lead you to the end option included. Even better, if the main quest line would be dynamic enough to change it's paths, it could even be possible to eliminate walkthroughs. Streamlined plots like in FPS games is all against the concept of RPG.
There's only three chapters and the third is more like a short epilogue in comparison to the other two.
