Unpack open and simple copy games folders in to config folder in gedosato. Also contains whitelist config with exe for all games.

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/hz91ci5l975wg61/Config.rar

For toggle_hud during gameplay press numpad 0. (gedosato beta 10)

    Darksiders

I remember how excited I was when I first discovered downsampling too :p

That is FAR more than downsampling. I also apply a mix of SMAA and FXAA, LumaSharpen to get rid of blurring, Filmgrain to increase sharpness, dithering, and make the game just a tad darker. SSAA alone will NOT get you such an effect!

Are you really trying to tell him how to get a clean image? He's basically obsessed by it. :p

Yes, SweetFX is lovely too :p

Using SMAA and FXAA at the same time is pointless though. FXAA is only going to hurt your image quality, if that's what you're after. Just stick with SMAA. You won't need to rely on sharpening as much.

Anyways, kinda silly to say something like "SSAA alone will NOT get you such an effect!" when all those post processing shaders do nothing to counter aliasing anyways (which was the point of your post). If anything, sharpening and filmgrain hurts your image quality a little (sharpening can exaggerate any aliasing present, and filmgrain obscures details).

But there's also no limit to how much SSAA you can apply.

Just a lone image from Risen 3

Unfortunately even with the latest beta of GeDoSaTo the game isn't fully compatible and so it gets a bit unstable, downsampling causes a transparency glitch and loading screens cause the UI to resize and so a alt-tab switch is needed to get it back to usable size again, though that also has a high chance of crashing the game. :D

    .

Still, being able to use SMAA (And having access to post-process effects and turning off the HUD though I didn't use it here.) is better than nothing. :)

They still haven't fixed the multi-core issue with having more than eight active cores or threads (i7 CPU's with six cores and HT enabled mainly.) so I turned it off temporarily and finished Gnome Island but I'll wait for a patch before progressing further, should be out next week hopefully.

Pretty amazing stuff there Recluse :)

In his defense, he's posting the generated downsamples from Flickr. They sharpen the crap out of their downsamples for some reason... :(

Pretty much what jim said, just me being lazy. I'm not using any sharpening via sweetFX although I am using lanczos 2.

You sure you aren't using unsharp mask? I know K-Putt had that on in his settings.
