Mine boosts to 3.9ghz, ill try cpu level up to 4.2 on mine but from past experience it didnt account for more than 200 points. ill give it ago though and report backk..
Another thing that could account is if he's running all tests and not just Firestrike. I have noticed in the past 3Dmark calculates the score differently sometimes depending on how many tests were run.
Thank mate, Tests were run individually. Just trying to get to the bottom of it as I am concerned about something possibly being defective.. All in all though i think my initial problem has been solved, couldn't believe how much of a perf hit shadowplay makes... Prob exasperated at 4k and sli..
