I have some "top secred" info about new drivers.

Version 70.16, 10/18/2004

Whats new:
- increse PS2 speed by 60%
examples:

3DMark05:
GF 5950 - 3700 points
GF 5700 - 2200 points

Painkiler on GF5700:

Btw. my own translation into English:

Drivers 70.16 gives us nice shaders performance boost (ie. GF 5950U gets 3700 and GF 5700U 2200 in 3D Mark 2005). That's becouse of using shaders model 2.0 without flaw control. But this is all unoficcial so we must wait to confirm those revelations.

I will read more about it and keep posting here.

Popros go zeby zrobil Aquamark'a (ma darmowe publikowanie wynikow online)... wtedy by sie wszystko wyjasnilo. Miedzy innymi dlatego uwazam ze to fake. Zrobil by 1 test i nie byloby watpliwosci. Zamiast tego ciagle sie wykreca.

that would rock, i mean now even a ati 9600 beats me hands down on the 05 benchmark, ik get around 1300 on 05(about the same as a standart 5950). but if this IS a fake i am mad on you

though if nvidia could realy pull this **** of no nvidea owner is gonna complain about there score on 05 or 03 whit the fx series

Eh I think that is very, very strange that one guy in Poland gets those drivers... I mean NVIDIA is sending test samples of 6600 to more places than only Poland

Eh... the author of this thread wanted to spread fantastic news as a first one (I think so

). But all he did is a lot of confusion. Those drivers have 1% to be real maybe less. The guy that (according to what he said) has them can't even run any reliable benchmarks to confirm his claims.
