Is there a way to moniter person's bandwidth within my home (lan setting)? Because I am suspecting that my roomate is capping my bandwidth so that he can have all of the "cookies".
I just wanna make sure. If he did, then I will be nothing more than happpy to cap his ass to 1 KBP/s. |
