Just installed a G-FORCE 4 Ti-4600. Was using a G-FORCE 3 before this. Running it under Windows XP PRO.

Man I am so pissed, the freeware program NVIDIA REFRESH RATE FIX does not support this card because it uses a driver version of 2.7.4.2.

Incase you guys didnt know the refresh rate fix for Windows XP and 2000, would force NVIDIA chipset cards to use the highest refresh rate possible with your monitor when going into an OPENGL game

Without this program XP and 2000 defaults to 60-Hertz.

Before this my G-FORCE-3 card was running all my opengl games at atleast 85-Hertz.

Now no matter what res I am stuck at 60-Hertz RES, and the games are burning my eyes out. With this LOW refresh my g-force 3 card actually displayed the games much nicer.

If and when the refresh rate program comes out to support the new version of the denotator driver I cannot play games!

Anyone else out there please reply. I sold my g-force-3 now I am bummed. I cannot play games at 60-hertz when I was playing them no less then 85-hertz before. There is a HUGE difference.

I just tried the RIVA-TUNER program. I tried twice setting all the refresh rates to the max for each res, and the program didnt work.

I BEG YOU FOR HELP OR ADVICE!! I will be checking this thread constantly all day for any information. Thanx.
well one way to do it is to follow these instructions

http://www.warp2search.net/article.php?sid=3166

but if that seems too hard you can download already modified and fixed driver for your current drivers version here

http://www.warp2search.net/article.php?sid=2945

or kill two birds with one stone and upgrade your drivers to 27.51 and get the refresh rate already fixed in the drivers from this link
