Hey, I put back in my old TNT2 Ultra video card. Uh, well anyway, after I used the 27.20's with riva tuner and went back to the 23.11 I get an error message when I boot up.

Its like error:nvtwk deamon or something. I was wondering if this was riva tuner or should I go about changing something else?
It means that you've installed 23.xx over 27.xx without uninstalling 27.xx. 27.xx drivers use NvCplDaemon whilst 23.xx doesn't and NvCplDaemon reference had to be reomoved by the Detonator's uninstaller. Just Open regedit, find NvCplDaemon value in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete this value.

This message was edited by Unwinder on 08 Feb 2002 07:39 AM
