What is your monitor model? Connect over DVI, HDMI? DP?

Videos on YouTube during compression is compensated sudden movements, and it feels more smooth. Smooth frame time. The player does not see the same smoothness as you on YouTube. Repeat you in real time it`s not good, because it takes lot of frame buffers, which causes an unacceptable increase in the input delay.
Sorry for the quick on Google Translate.

    Your monitor only has vga?

    converters add signal processing lag.

Have you always had this lag or did it start just now? Is the lag consistent or occassional?

One thing you could try is going to Device Manager and disabling all "HID compliant/compatible devices" under "HID devices".

Only disable entries starting with "HID", do not disable any entries starting with "USB input device" or anything else as you may accidentally disable your mouse/keyboard.

Try this modded bios file, i have updated various firmwares inside and cpu microcode.

    http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=97698639221101012836

After updating it update intel ME firmware

Before doing that ensure you have installed lastest ME driver from here into device manager.

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/ikn3yr27ef7jpef/Intel+MEI+Driver+INF+v11.0.5.1189.rar

here is the firmware for ME
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/mehvhkpy5w76fc8/Intel+ME+Firmware+v9.0.31.1487+(1.5MB).rar

here are the tools to flash

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/mopil4aw64tmfbd/Intel+ME+System+Tools+v9.0+r2.rar

to flash, simply rename the firmware you downloaded to me.bin and drag that inside the FWUPDLCL folder.

Open a cmd prompt as admin in that folder and run the following cmd to install

    FWUpdLcl -f ME.BIN

After that, can you screenshot device manager at this location
view > resources by type > irq drop down and show all PCI devices in the same window.

After that, download the utility Autoruns by microsoft.

Open it up and select the drivers tab. Make sure under options microsoft entries are hidden. Take a screenshot of that so i can see what drivers are loaded and their versions.

Yes update modded bios with mflash in bios.

AFAIK mflash will just install the latest bios on their website and the included me FW that's inside that bios(which is not the latest version.)

Download bios from msi website and replace the bin file with the modded one and try the app inside to install.

Uncheck all the red ones.. drivers are included in windows that many users don't need

that ME driver is a month older than one i sent.

I saw intel small business advantage, if you installed that uninstall it, disable it in device manager. If windows installs driver check for it in services and disable it.

If you have a killer nic uninstall the software and just install driver only from here
    http://www.killernetworking.com/product-support/driver-downloads/standard-drivers/item/drivers-only

I saw realtek nic in that pic so latest driver is here if you have one.
    http://www.station-drivers.com/inde...ory&Itemid=353&func=startdown&id=2283&lang=fr

    Realtek audio latest
    http://www.station-drivers.com/inde...ory&Itemid=352&func=startdown&id=2295&lang=fr

The latest RST v15 driver is here, only need driver no app.
    https://mega.nz/#!FEtU2aLT!9ahrPFD6s5AqsA02FWM23ayUiHAFFyvnCFe3XtXmKmk

It's modded as intel has made it only support x99 or newer platforms, so to install it run the batch file or cmd in the download and type y in cmd prompt to install certificate.

In device manager update rst by using have disk and browsing to the file. Once it is installed it should say 'added by fernando'.

Also please list all startup items in ccleaner startup tab and also installed programs.

BTW try turning off all that razer stuff, sometimes buggy.

EDIT: I saw that nv driver is almost a year old.. install 367.81 latest and only install driver + physx nothing else.

Did almost everything.. About bios, I was kinda scared when I saw B85 G43 Gaming, cuz I dont have Gaming edition, but seems PC work.

About ME FW update, I put it into Local-Win folder of update utility but it said it has Invalid file.

Edit: CCleaner doest show anything special. There is just Steam, CCleaner Monitoring, OneDrive(I get rid of this soon), GoogleUpdates. There are VLC and WinRar context menu startups, nothing special there.

Anyway thank u very much for your affort! Nice to see such experienced user there not like these kids with suggestion like disable VSYNC etc...
I could now feel better responsivness of system. I learned a lot there, so thank u dude :) But problem with slow movement on CS:GO still remain. Idk whats cause of this mysterious bug.

Oh, maybe that's why the bios wasn't working. Im pretty sure i downloaded gaming one.

But the bios installed you said?

I'll reupload the correct bios(your mobo is this https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B85-G43.html#hero-overview ?)

    Can you screenshot ME error?

    Also screenshot everything under services

Holy cow, yea I dont have Gaming edition but luckily it working(thanks to god).. I have version u linked here.

About services, nothing special I think. There are classic Windows ones(I disabled Search, Defender, TPC IP helper, Diagnostic service, others are default I guess). As non Windows services there are Gupdate, Steam, Nvidia, PAExec. I dont post screenshot cuz I think its useless since I have Windows on my native language.

Here is image of error ME FW update: http://imgur.com/a/Umk7v

    Here is correct bios
    http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=02009833831936962163

Download MSI util and visual C++ redist installer.

Run C++( it updates all to latest)

Open up that MSI util as admin and check all the boxes and apply.
This turns on MSI mode for devices(basically lower latency interrupts).

Usually MSI mode will work for most devices but sometimes won't work for audio and usb2.0, but you can try. If sound is gone, audio doesn't support MSI mode.

To check devices are in msi mode, open up device manager and change to view devices by connection.
Go to irq and scroll past ISA until you see PCI devices. Everything that has a negative number is in MSI mode.

After that try this utiltity. www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe

Run as admin and select optimal then apply. Reboot after that.
You can also try disabling the 3 under Gaming Tweak - disable nagle

    Progress:
Bios flashed back to right version now.
    ME flashed successfuly(business edition).
    Chipset updated.
    MS interrupts (soon).
SOL (no idea how to install or update this (dont have such a driver on System drivers section).

I dont own SSD yet :/

Edit: MSI done. All devices running on MSI mode expect SMBus, and both EHCI drivers.
