Not with my gtx780 pcie 3.0, i dont care cause pci3 3.0 give no performance boost.

considering ? lol why making them 3.0 in the first place then ? never buying Nvidia again nor recommending it to any family or friend, what a a bunch of greedy lazy and (according to feedback) incompetent staff you got in there, if your GK104 was selling under the promise of PCI-e 3.0 support you must support it, end of story, otherwise why mentioning that on reviews and ads ? borderline highway-robbery here, Nvidia stay away from my computers until I die.

It ran fine on windows 8 for me, but I could not stand windows 8 at all, so I am back to windows 7 and stopped playing BF4 beta!

Well, in that case you should avoid Intel`s CPUs too. It`s their PCI-E controllers cause the problems with 3.0.

    There are different modes:
    - motherboards with dedicated (additional) PCI-E 3 controller;
    - motherboards without dedicated PCI-E 3 controller - i.e. only with CPUs Northbridge.

Almost every first SB-E instances (stepping) were with faulty PCI-E 3 implementation, which is why NVidia decided to turn off 3.0 on these rigs.

Bro you are on 570's, I was talking to an owner of a Titan.

Don't expect high FPS with 570's even SLI.

This game is developed around new hardware with all bells and whistles.

I don't know where people on older hardware get the idea that they are supposed to get double the performance on games released 3-4 years later.

It just is not going to happen people, please get over it.

It doesn't even happen on new hardware like 680/780/TITAN.

Have you tried W8 yet it made the game playable on my i5 system my i7 system seems to have enough CPU headroom for the game on W7.

any1 got SLI profile for BF4 off this driver ? I want to inject it into WHQL one via NVI.

    Cheers

    ????

    Of course they can??

He responded to me about something directly, and I gave a response. He was trying to say that he has SLI and it should run with super high FPS when it does not. It all depends on the rig and hardware, also the fact it's a beta.

BF4 uses 2.2GB of my Vram at Ultra settings with 4xAA @ 1080p. The 570 has 1280MB at best on his model. SLI will not matter on an older card like that on BF4. They are taking the time to optimize on new hardware. It's another jump in the times, maybe sooner than some want, but that's how it's going.

Thus my response. It does not matter if he has SLI, the 570's just will not handle the game at ultra like he, and many others on older hardware thinks.

No idea what this is about. I never said he or anybody else could not post a reply. I did say to not expect good performance.

Yep, I think it is too!

This is why I thought it was cool. More and more games with 64-bit support, it's nice.

Van Helsing and BF4 (I believe) are the most recent 64-bit games I can think of.

Edit: Oh, and also there certainly is a difference. I played Van Helsing on x64 and x86, the x86 certainly ran worse. It had small stuttering, and overall a few frames lower. I'm sure on newer and more graphically advanced games (such as BF4) 64-bit is a big improvement overall. Almost all (if not all) new pre-built (God, who buys those?) are 64-bit, and even most people who build a custom rig most certainly have 64-bit.

The shift towards 64-bit is late, but it is finally seemingly happening.

Yeah I'm really happy to see this. I hope more developers push for 64-bit games.

I had the usuall problems with 331.40 and BF4 Beta until i saw this today:

    https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/617851/pc-games/bf4-beta-nvidia-vs-amd-tested/

    and post No 11

Use 320.49 WHQL if you are using Win 7, completely smooth here with a GTX 670 at 1280/1800 on Ultra, FOV 85, 1200p.

Latest BETA (which they refer to, as essential) is making sttuering in Win 7 but works fine in Win 8.

Thanks lass3 320.49 work much much better.

So tryied 320.49 WHQL with my GTX 770 and OS Windows 7.
The game experience is much beter now and the GPU Usage +80% (before with 331.40 was around 50%.

Finally i can enjoy the game

Try it if you have the reported problems in BF4

I have my 780 connected via DVI to my U2410 monitor, and via HDMI to my Samsung TV, all has worked well, until I installed this driver set.

Both TV and monitor function correctly, if I have the PC running, before I plug in the HDMI to TV, once system is turned off, or restarted, both the monitor and TV are blank, as in, both receiving no signal? The only way to get them back, is to have PC running first, then connect the HDMI after? I used to have both permanently connected, with no need to touch them whatsoever.

    Windows 8.1 Pro x64.

I also get the dreaded 'Event 14' error while this is occurring:

These drivers are getting uninstalled. They broke Surround, reset all my game profiles, screwed up the taskbar, and borked my custom resolutions.

I had problem with customs resolutions.

for some reason when I setup one custom resolution it deleted all my other resolutions.

sometimes after I log in, and go to desktop. the screen would go to the desktop and screen would go black for split second and come back to desktop. and no error was giving.

This looks interesting. I would like to know the procedure for adding an SLI profile to earlier drivers...

I'm getting unplayable stutter in BF4 with latest betas on SLI GTX570s.

I would appreciate a short tutorial!
    Thanks...
