If i'm reading this correct your saying it'll not be as much as £750, that you've received it and are currently writing up your multiple page review in which you're gonna recommend the card highly.
Amirite?
Further, in-between testing the titan your playing the retail version of crysis 3 campaign on it, yes?
So there you go folks, Hilbert's sitting there all snug halfways through the C3 campaign while rocking his new gtx titan with all ultra presets enabled.
*well i put in for a night off on the 22nd, and i look very much forwards to your titan and crysis 3 gpu benchy article too, HH, all the best!

Well i'm going to pay no more than 900 euros if the performance is the same or slightly less than the GTX690.

Could pay in cash but ATM charges would then apply, ah well got 6 months to work this out so thanks for letting me know.
Sorry if this is kinda off-topic to some, but buying this is still on-topic
|
Exactly...a case of "you're screwed" from both sides. We're charged a service fee in the form of interest by the credit card companies directly, now we'll be charged by some stores for using our credit/debit cards... Long run, this will have a negative impact on stores that want to charge consumers for using credit cards. This is what happens when a country is run by corporate greed....

Appartly. I have a couple weeks to buy the extended warranty on my cards necessary to step up. Do you think that's a wise decision? To get the extended warranty for the 75 days remaining on the step up?

Well its a limited edition product. The hype over it alone will ensure its sold out in the limited quantities its produced. I doubt Nvidia is looking at it as a money making card in itself. Its sole purpose is brand recognition, to ensure that people see an Nvidia card at the top of the single GPU benchmark charts, which they hope will spur sales for the rest of their GPU business.

GeForce Titan specs, from the OCL driver device info dump:

The current driver lists only a single core clock available -- no turbo modes for now. The rest of the features are pretty much known.
