I'm in agreeance with ---TK--- as it sounds to me like your OC is unstable, and you need to retest it.

Only issues I've run into with the 304.79 betas is with the last Guild Wars 2 stress test, and that was only some minor flickering issues at character creation. No crashing or other issues for my system, including SLI.

Yah 900Mhz is damn high for a GTX460, mine was never stable above about 810-820Mhz. Also I've found Waterfox is a crashy pile of crap. Just use the regular Firefox build.

the only problem latest drivers had, were flickering textures (in skyrim) and shadows and v-sync problems. But they are more or less sorted now (though v-sync is still kinda annoying. Sounds like your oc is not stable anymore. Your card is getting older and the chip is degrading so the oc that used to work before is not stable anymore. Just like it happens with cpu's when you have them running at a really high overclock for extended period of time.

Speaking of OC, i think Weecka is right, i noticed that all 304-305 drivers put higher stress on gpu & vram, idk maybe better cuda core optimization?
Anyway i have to use a little higher voltage (+6mv) by my regular OC or it can stutter.. One time it caused TDR in BF3 and i never had that before when I raised for +6mv it stopped, i dont mind it though +6mv is nothing.
btw, default factory OC & voltage is stable.

Same here! I can perfectly remember the last time my game crashed.

I used to be able to get 950Mhz stable on my 460 around the time Crysis 2 first came out (I think drivers 270.61 or somethin). But now I can only get about 900mhz stable if i'm lucky depending on the game.
That's with Volts maxed out and stuff too. Normally I run 830Mhz with stock volts. 305.53
