You can't, you need to use your computer to connect to both devices and do your business there. I had a very tough time connecting even my Nexus S to my Transformer Pad Prime (I got little success, but it was a really clumsy solution). I had to use a lot of tricks I know in Linux along with it needing to be rooted.

Another solution that may work is if you installed a Samba server (UNIX server application that turns your UNIX/Linux system into a Windows network host/client) on your tablet (I remember there's an app on the Play Store that has this feature) and then on your phone use something like ES File Explorer and that may work, no guarantees though.

Something like this:

Connect your phone with a data cable then on the phone mount it in mass storage mode should work.

Or, you can install airdroid on the phone and use your tablet's browser to browse in the phone's memory (since the tablet has a bigger screen) and copy or paste files between the two.

What Glidefan said. I happen to stumble upon that app a couple days ago. No more having to plug in my Galaxy Nexus anymore when I need to transfer something from my phone to pc or vice versa. The only problem I have found is the screen shot feature wont work with my phone for some reason, even though i'm rooted. If try it with my old HTC Thunderbolt (rooted), it works fine. Not really a big deal because I already have a screen shot app installed on my phone. I just wanted to see how the one on airdroid works.

Overall, I am really pleased with this app. Not really sure how long it has been out, but I wish I would of known about it sooner.
