Demon's Souls and Dark Souls are the only games I have enjoyed enough to finish since TES:IV. Not to say the other games I played were bad. I actually enjoyed alot of them alot. I just don't like actually finishing a game and instead just start messing around with it or just play MP exclusively.
The only game I have finished other than the "Souls" series was Crysis 2. That was just an excersise in stubbourness as the last couple levels were actually really annoying and repetative. I haven't touched it since.

best puzzle game ever. I used to play this with my buddy on PS for hours and hours on end.. actually it was kinda gross.. I think we played it for like 16 hours straight once
