In normal operations I've noticed a slight increase in idle temps of 1 or 2 degrees. Load temps in Prime are sensational at between 52 and 58C. Give or take a degree or 2 depending on ambient.
I had the H80 months ago, stock fans made horrid sounds lol.

Never actually posted any photos of this yet, so here it is:

Before adding 2nd fan back onto Noctua.

With 2nd fan on Noctua.

Visual and audio monitors. Forgive the crap on the desk. I'm a messy git.

Audio rack. Usually have a Line 6 Pod X3 Pro sat on top there but it's currently back with them for repairs.

Specs:

Coolermaster HAF-X w/all fans, top 2 LED ones.
Enermax Revo 1500W PSU
ASUS P6T7 WS Supercomputer motherboard
Intel Xeon W3680 (think 980X) overclocked to 4.53 GHz @ 1.38 V.
Noctua NH-D14 Cooler
6 x 4 GB Corsair Dominator GT RAM running at 1600 MHz @ CAS 9-9-9-24 (I'm gunna try and reduce the timings soon, any faster and it doesn't run properly).
2 x MSI Radeon HD7970s overclocked to 1040 MHz on the core and 1575 MHz on the VRAM, stock voltage.
LG DVD-RW Drive
5 x 1 TB HDDs, various makes, boot drive 7200 rpm WD.

If you wonder why the 580 isn't in the first PCI-E Slot. Basicly i'm trying to create more breathing room for all components.

^^ So nice and clean !

Old CM 690. No super cable management options, still I love the case for it's superb airflow capabilities. I'm not changing this old 2009 case before it rusts to pieces

Nice build in the GT case. Can you come out with the sleeved cables for the PCI-E power on the same grommet as the ATX power? Just my 2cents I think that would look "cleaner"

But I shouldn't speak probably my 600T still needs some sleeve loving

I don't have a good camera, but I guess these will do anyway.

Here is my current setup in a Haf X, with black sleeved cables, except for the one going to the audio card, didn't get to fix that one yet.

I'm updating my rig next week with some sleeved cables (thank god for premade sleeved cables) but only could find white ones.

And with red lights.

Will it look good white sleeved cables with red lights in case?

I hope i get my own money back soon so i can build an high end rig again like i had before.

edit: wow they even have sleeved frontpanel cables! wich i ordered

@BlooHook + mikeysg

Those monsters look awesome.

After having used a steel armor+ weighing 40kg when kitted out with multiple radiators I can't imagine going back to a simpler designed and lighter case. It would just feel too delicate and perhaps 'too clean' even. I'm generally all for simple elegance but in this case (no pun intended) seems like I've developed a bit of a thing for heavy quirky cases.

I find it interesting that certain people like to hit out at these cases having never tried one or even considered what it is that makes them stand out to many. But then I've had the case fall on me a couple of times during loop maintenance so some of the pros can easily also be cons.

To each their own.

Cleaned up as much as possible after upgrading to X79 platform and getting a new SSD for OS. Next time I upgrade I might have to get a Coolermaster CM690 Advanced II nVidia Edition since it has better cable management options.
