Thanks for that.

Why do you have to jump through hoops to install this software though?

I installed PhysX 9.12.0613 and the control panel system information showed 9.12.0604 was installed (the previous one still). So I rebooted in case the control panel just had not updated and it was stilling showing as 9.12.0604.

So I did a Repair of 9.12.0613 and it still showed as 9.12.0604.

Uninstalled 9.12.0613 and it still showed as 9.12.0604.

So I reinstalled and then uninstalled 9.12.604 then finally reinstalled 9.12.0613. Only then did it finally show as 9.12.0613 in the control panel!

How do you install this? I only get an archive. Windows Installer doesn't start. I'm kinda lost.

No, wait, right click and Open with Windows Installer and it worked now. Yeei . I am getting the right version in the N. Control Panel.

The new beta doesn't have this version of Physx. Could anyone who still has Arkham City installed check if this thing has really done something about the performance?

No problem here, installed after the GeForce 304.79 Beta which reverted back to older physX version.

this new PhysX is slower for me, i lose 3fps in Batman AC, i did uninstall the previous PhysX and CP showed 613 no problem.

the one that comes with the 301.79 drivers (physx 604) is smoother and faster so i uninstalled 613 and went back to 604.

Does it worth the trouble of upgrading from the version that came with 301.25 BETA?
