Exclamation recorded videos only playing sound - 06-30-2012, 06:08 | posts: 13 | Location: Sacramento

I have been recording some important footage and now just realized that when I playback the video, I can only play it in windows media player. but when I add the clips to my editing software it only comes up with audio. when I move the clips to a different computer I am no longer able to watch the video and am stuck with audio again. I have spent many hours trying to figure out how to get this to work but had no luck.

so now I bring the problem to the actual forum and see if anyone else has had the same problem. and/or if they have a fix or work around for this.

thank you in advanced.
