Soundcard: TruStudio Pro

How can I find what the bottlenecks are on my laptop? -

I have an MSI GT780DX and I am interested to know where the bottlenecks are on my laptop, and what to do about it if anything.
Here is some data on my PC, although I would like perhaps an application that can run to tell me what is bottlenecking my PC.
