Its actually 2-1 to Apple. A dutch court has already rejected 2 patent claims by Samsung.

It's truly 2-1 if Apple managed to coax something out of Samsung, twice, for patents Apple themselves hold.
Rejected claims are usually a draw, to be honest; both suffer losses from their own legal teams. |
