It's the card you should be more concerned with.
Are you using Furmark to benchmark? If you are - don't.... Furmark puts an excessively high load on the gpu.
Otherwise I'd invest in a laptop cooler like someone else mentioned. Also make sure the fans are dust free and clear of any obstructions.
Laptops should be placed on a hard surface not on your legs or a bed etc...

With regards to how long your card will last for if reaching temps exceeding 90 degrees over prolonged periods, you could get days, weeks or months if your lucky before your gpu fries...
As Pill said it's the card you have to worry about. Running your card at 90+ for several hours is like revving the bollocks out of a car which is doing the engine no good...
Should you wish to avoid any damage/expensive repair bills I suggest you either replace the gpu in the laptop or replace the laptop.
Let us know what happens...

OK then here's what you need to do.
Start up GUP-Z and set max "GPU TEMP."
Run this and set options prior too your GPU - DX11
Set the benchmark settings as high as you too the point where you a running at about 25-30FPS; run it for about 5mins.
Check your GPU temp, if it's still up in the 90's it's to hot.
Also, what is your "rested idle temp."

Send it back. Anybody else want to back me up on that statement, I don't want to be giving bad advice.
If it's still hitting those sort of temps in "real world testing" then it's defective.

I for one back you up on that. Years back I had a custom built gaming laptop and it too had a defective gpu. It would get so hot it would shut down automatically.
After putting ice packs beneath the laptop I'd get a few extra minutes use out of it before it would shut down...
It would get to late 90's/early 100's and off it went...
As we all said return the laptop & either get them to replace the gpu or replace the laptop itself.

Why did you buy a laptop all that way from USA to Kuwait?
Reason being any problems faced (yourself as an example) you now have to muck about sending it back and fourth which costs money & time...
Anyway what's done is done, just follow it up and let us know any news...

because gaming laptops over here are treated as something completely different than laptops , they are like something not meant for the public , the moment u have a mid range gpu in a laptop it price soars automatically into 1500$ , they price a laptop according to what "they " believe it is worth not the actual market value , like a msi laptop with a gtx 570m over here cost 2500$ while normally it's price is 1500$ and that is for the new model with gtx 670m!!

Wow, expensive! Now I know why you've ordered from abroad.
Though it's time consuming with regards to shipping it's worth the wait.
Inshallah you will get a replacement soon!

The best thing would be to ask them to run a video stress test. This way they will know for sure if the problem has been solved as well as load temps...
For example, ask them to run 3D Mark 2006/2007 etc...
This will push your gpu to it's limits and they will know for sure if the problem has been solved,

You have to remember in a laptop the temperature will seep through to the rest of the computer. The two worst places for temperatures to seep are the battery and the hard drive. Even if the GPU can take such a high temperature, the other components won't like it!
