Shepherd is a true role model, what she's done with her life and her body is just amazing, not to mention that her sister also was a body builder! She's run several marathons, and probably runs more miles a week than most of you do in a year

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to take anything away from her achievements as she's in better shape than I've ever been. Now why don't people like her get awarded title's and medal that celebrities seem to get just for playing make believe and singing songs.
